 JI Pakistan calls for uniform laws and uplift in tribal areas of Pakistan

 Pakistan, Senator Sirajul Haq, has called for uniform laws all over the country
to remove all
 disparities and
 exploitation 
of the deprived.
 He was 
addressing a 
tribal Jirga 
comprising tribal elders and political leaders at Inayat Kalay in Bajaur agency.
Sirajul Haq said
 there were
 different laws 
for Islamabad 
and the tribal 
areas. There 
were people 
who were all 
praise for the 
FCR. "If the 
FCR is so good, why not to enforce
 it in Islamabad", he asked. What is the harm in holding local bodies' elections in the tribal areas, he asked. 
The JI chief said that there was no representative from the tribal areas in the NFC Award due to which the tribal people
 remained deprived of their rights. He demanded tribal representation in the NFC Award. 
He also demanded that tribal areas be merged together in a separate province or a system similar to the Gilgit Baltistan 
be introduced there. 
He also called for a share for the tribal areas in the China Pak Economic corridor by building a highway in the area and by 
setting up an Industrial state.
